In this video I am not just parroting textbook therapeutics. What I share is backed up by first hand experience of my own childhood trauma and from treating patients at the Stress Management Unit at London Bridge Hospital and working with my Emotional Detox and Energy Clearing clients spanning nearly 30 years. My work with trauma has very much progressed into energy and frequency alignment , however I work with clients in the way that feels most comforting to them which varies from person to person.
