VULNERABILITY - THE POTENTIAL GATEWAY TO FREEDOM

Having worked with clients to help them process emotional energy for over 25 years, I reckon vulnerability is probably the key area that holds the most potential for profound transformation and freedom from limitations. Vulnerability - can be defined as a positionality of defencelessness whilst expecting threat be that physical, psychological or energetic attack or some kind of loss,disaster or even death. The intensely uncomfortable feeling of vulnerability can be the result of something happening in the present. But just as often it is the effect of being triggered by a conscious or unconscious memory of trauma, some kind of physical mental or emotional threat or existential loss even death from the past. So vulnerability is the gateway to sovereignty, through the ability to choose despite appearances and uncomfortable emotional reactivity, to flip the fearful projection from helplessness to power. Its a choice to recognize and observe you are reliving trauma, loss or death from the past to then choose to project, expect, create and then completely trust in a reality of freedom from ALL.threat.

We can also go through phases of vulnerability when we are consciously choosing to raise our vibration and letting go of relationships and habits that no longer serve us. There is a vacuum where we feel uncertain because we are so used to knowing, being in control and we are uncomfortable with what is unfamiliar. We are so conditioned to plan so that we feel safe and secure from the basis that life isn't safe. But lack of safety is only a projection that has been passed down to us and we absorb and live it until we wake up out of separation and align our entire being with love, which holds NO THREAT. So we have to unravel our conditioning and reprogram our foundation to be LOVE and only LOVE. Any temporary uncomfortable place of not knowing will pass when we take steps to align in trusting that LOVE is our governing power and intelligence that takes care of our safety and security because inherently that is what LOVE IS and it is what WE ARE.

To do this total transformation requires a 5 step energetic process which is NOT an overnight fix. But you can expedite the process when you know what you are doing and have the right support and guidance and the energy tools;

1) we internally locate and diffuse and release the "electro-magnetic charge" of our emotional reactivity from the past,the present and any fearful projections - ( I measure this magnetic charge when I am working with clients)

2) with less charge from old emotional density we are freer to navigate within and identify and then anchor our true soul light in our core. We literally make space in our body for our soul to enter in

3) We have to stabilize and consistently hold this core space steady and be able to identify with it as our true power and collapse any opposition to love , any old programs like fear, lack, insecurity and unworthiness as they arise from within. And they will arise for a while because as I said, this is not an overnight job ! And we have to keep on collapsing any reactivity to "out there" and any fear rooted in separation from love until LOVE becomes our default setting internally and externally. This is not superficial mind-set work. This is deep transformative energy clearing and processing of the discordant programming that has taken root in our body's power centers and entire circuitry of energy over lifetimes

4) the more consistently we do this clearing and processing the more our core soul light can expand its power and be able to transmit through and beyond our energy fields and then out to the world without the inhibition and constraints.

5) from this pure clear a neutral creative space within we can project, expect and TRUST implicitly in a reality without threat and we can create from LOVE in our heart which can do no harm. Most people are projecting and imaging and trying to manifest their desires from their mind which is dualistic - ( the brain has 2 hemispheres) and creates what we want and what we don't want because the mind is the architect of separation and fear.

Vulnerability therefore offers us a choice to see fear and problems and disaster and anything we are resisting and don't want, as an option, not an inevitability because we CREATE and always have created our experiences whether we like them or not. Whether we remember our choices and soul contacts before incarnating into duality and separation or not, its all been a CHOICE which is our sovereign right. Vulnerability isn't the ultimate power but it is a GATEWAY to trusting our ultimate power to choose sovereignty without threat. This is the state of heaven on earth. It is entirely safe ALWAYS. IT IS OUR HOME
