WHY WOUND AND TRAUMA HEALING IS VITAL TO OUR ASCENSION

Trauma and any wound from our past left /unresolved/ not completely met with unconditional love, sits in our energy fields. It will transmit fear and block the light of our soul from anchoring the energy of safety into our body. We simply magnetize more situations to be scared of.until we can clear trauma and embody the unconditional safety of our soul sovereignty.

WHY SO?

All wounds have an energetic density that literally takes up space in our cells. The moment we take steps to process this density, our souls start to flow more pure sovereign energy. . This new energy vibrates out into our personal universe and is evidenced as more love and safety and connection to Source. Our overall combined love/light and density inside, shapes our consciousness, our worldview and expectations. We get back what we vibrate out , what we project, believe and expect. The energy of trauma is predominantly fear based with a strong need for protection. So unresolved trauma magnetizes situations that arouse fear, anxiety and panic and the need to self-protect by running or hiding or escaping from life Equally we can be constantly on the defensive expecting attack and battling everything and everyone with the same proverbial sword. That sword is the sword of aggression, of passive aggression, of retaliation,of revenge, of suspicion, of doom -mongering, of compromise, of appeasement, of giving to get, of over giving, of self denial . It all stems from the belief in and our self -fulfilled prophesy of attack - of lack of love.. If we had no belief in attack - we would never carry any kind of sword would we?

EVERYTHING in our world that we witness, including our collective realities will be a testament to our belief in fear and attack and separation from love. Until we change this pivotal dynamic inside. Until we let go completely of ALL belief in attack. Accept it or not, we have allowed absolutely everything we witness without exception into our personal and collective reality. That is not a cause for self-blame. If we don't want to be victims of our own power to create our realities, its a reason to dive deeper and find out what our soul is trying to achieve by going through any kind of adversity and trauma. If we are sticking ourselves with the unchallenged belief that anyone's suffering is karmic retribution we have attibuted Source/love to punitive an judgmental whilst giving us free will to dive into duality and suffer..!!! Its a BS assumptiion that has to be tossed if we are want to fully heal.. This way we can emerge from healing, not judging ourselves, not as a victim,not as a bleating survivo,r not as hero, but as someone who is spiritually mature, who understands and accepts that endurance through adversity is a choice our soul makes to learn and grow from. The only thing we ever really conguer in life is our own unconscious attraction for suffering, our desire to recycle pain as a way to punish ourselves for choosing to descend into duality and separation consciousness in the first place. We choose to own that level of sovereignty, and we use that power to stop victimizing and attacking ourselves in any way whatsoever. Full stop..

This growth is an elevated level of unconditional love that expands our energy fields as PRESENCE. Our Presence when directed with mastery can dissolve the appearance and sticky attraction for engaging in problems in our field with the intention and deftness of a lightening rod.

Presence inhabits the kind of maturity that can compassionately witness others' suffering and adversity without reacting to it as a victim of a so called "messed up world". Everyone's world is their personal reality, projected and experienced as a vibratory out play of their own consciousness. There are NO VICTIMS. We largely have no clue why someone is where they are or what their soul is choosing to learn by enduring what we label as suffering or being the perpetrator..There is no one, absolute, objective reality. There are infinite choices to experience infinite realities.In the grand scheme of eternity - we take on some lifetimes exploring duality and the full spectrum of our emotional palate which includes pain, healing from pain and transcending our duality consciousness back to love without opposite. WE GO HOME TO OURSELVES AS SOURCE WHILST IN OUR BODY WHILST ON EARTH..That is heroism !!!

Therefore It takes huge discernment to know what's ours to heal and who and what to assist on their healing and ascension into soul sovereignty and mastery. . If we are in pain and suffering it is not at all easy to see how we can choose this and love our selves free. But that is what we must do. Diving into anyone's misery and being a victim of our empathy won't do a darn thing for anyone. It does not make us a good or nice person. It just adds to the collective misery that descends like a heavy depressive cloud that we will also have to master sooner or later or be a victim of. Our choice !!!.But if we can heal ourselves free and free our selves of any attraction for suffering we can develop the PRESENCE that CAN assist others way beyond the scope of our current capacity..
